Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking and using our private multi-entertainment room services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers and users of our business:
1. Acceptance of Terms By booking and using our private multi-entertainment room services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Reservations:
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2. Kozynnice personnel reserve all rights to request a valid identification document should the customer deem to be under the legal age or has no accompaniment of a guardian above the age of 16. Should the guardian not have any evidence to be a member of family or kin. Kozynnice personnel reserves all rights to cancel any bookings or deny entry.
2.3. A full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
2.4. Changes to the booking date or time are only allowed up to 5 days prior to the session date and are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.5. Cancellations or refunds are not entertained.
2.6 Kozynnice personnel reserve all rights to cancel any bookings that are suspected of abuse of available slots during the free promotion (9th June 2023 – 9th July 2023) & for any other bookings thereafter.
3. Use of Facilities
3.1. The private multi-entertainment room is to be used for entertainment purposes only.
3.2. You and your guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies.
3.3. Any damage caused to the premises, equipment, or property during your session will be your responsibility, and you may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
3.4. Smoking, illegal drug use, and the consumption of alcohol by individuals are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or eject any individuals who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior.
4. Safety and Liability
4.1. You and your guests enter and use our facilities at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
4.2. You are responsible for the supervision and behavior of your guests, including minors, at all times.
4.3. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1. Our prices are listed in Singaporean Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2. Payment for the booking must be made in full before the commencement of your session unless otherwise specified.
5.3. Additional charges may apply for extended use beyond the agreed-upon booking duration or for any additional services requested.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments and Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, any existing bookings and their respective terms will be honored.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
By booking and using our private multi-entertainment room services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
House Rules
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including the rooms, to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
No slamming of doors: Please be mindful of noise levels and avoid slamming doors to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Respect the property: Treat the movie room and all amenities with care and respect. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the renting party. Please do not move or shift any parts of the rooms.
Keep it tidy: Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of any trash properly to keep the movie room neat and enjoyable for all guests.
No outside food or drinks: To maintain cleanliness and prevent spills, please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the movie room. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase on-site.
Respectful behavior: Be considerate of other guests and refrain from disruptive behavior during screenings. Please don’t abuse our staffs, their pay is not high enough to receive abuse.
Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the movie room. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons.
Reservation and cancellation policy: Follow the reservation and cancellation policies outlined by the rental service to avoid any misunderstandings or fees.
No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Fighting and argument is not cool, we are here to chill, Police will be reported for any activities we do not damm fit.
Personal responsibility: We are unable to ensure your personal belongings whereabouts, please remove when leaving.
